Do Mermaids Cry Salt Water Tears?

When I first saw this picture, it made me cry. It was so beautiful, the colors, and the sad emotion of discovering a soul mate from a world so distant and different from one's own. We all know how impossible such a love would be... and yet doesn't it make you wish for the lovers, a way to blend their two worlds? Bryan did such a beautiful job on this picture. In his previous creations, he made me almost believe there were Fairy's about, now he has me convinced that I was a Mermaid in a former life...I feel her emotion.
