NOTE: Information and forms are being revised and are subject to change!
You may practice on stage during registration.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!
Age Divisions**
Baby Miss 0-11 mo,
Toddler Miss 12-23 mo,
Tiny Miss 2-3,
Little Miss 4-6,
Petite Miss 7-9,
Jr. Miss 10-12,
Teen Miss 13-16,
Miss 17 -up
We will only take the first 12 contestants in each division.
**Age is as of the date of the pageant, you may only move up to the next age division.
Age divisions with only one contestant will be combined with the next age division.
There will be 1 age division queen and 3 runners up in each age group.
The Overall Supreme winner will be the contestant with the highest overall score.
We will not double crown the Supreme Winner.
Age division queens will receive a beautiful crown, embroidered sash, and a trophy.
Supreme winner will receive a large crown, embroidered sash and trophy.

All participants will receive a royal sash

The winning Queens are invited to walk in crown and sash
with the DOTS Relay for Life team or the team of their choice at the
Muscogee County Relay for Life Event at Kinnett Stadium.
Relay For Life Princess
People's Choice Award
We will also crown a Relay For Life Princess, this will be the contestant that collects the most $1.00 votes for People's Choice.
She will receive a lovely crown, sash, and trophy.
The Relay For Life Princess must be a contestant and can also win her age division or the Overall Supreme crown.
Contestants may collect votes prior to the pageant.
So start collecting your People's Choice votes now!
This is the only area where a contestant has the potential to be double crowned.
Number of Votes collected will have no bearing on any other awards presented other than the Princess Award
100% of all vote donations goes to American Cancer Society so collect as many votes as you can
ALL CONTESTANTS MUST PRE-REGISTER WITH A MINIMUM OF $30 DEPOSIT.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are unable to compete, your deposit will be a donation to the Relay for Life

In case of a tie, the contestant with the highest optional score will win.

Rules:
Casual Wear Theme

Beauty Wear Dress
Contestants may wear Pageant Dress, Special Occasion/Party Dress,
Flower girl, Formal, Prom or Sunday Best Dress.
Ages 0-9 dress may be short or long,
10-up should be tea-length or longer.
The dress should be age appropriate and should fit the contestant well.
Older contestants (10-up) - no overly revealing or explicitly styled dresses will be allowed
This is an ACS fund raiser - please consider this when choosing your pageant wear.
You will be vying to represent the Muscogee County Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
We are looking for young girls and women who are good representations of our local community.
Make-up:
Ages: 0-2yrs NO MAKE UP;
3-9 may wear light face powder, light blush, lip gloss/color;
10-up make-up should be age appropriate.
Contestants will be judged on: facial beauty, personality, smile, poise, modeling ability (4-up), overall appearance
Casual Wear (required of all contestants)
Best Casual Wear
Will be judged first, prior to Beauty Competition
There will be 1 winner in each age division.
Overall Grand Supreme (highest total score from all events)
Every girl entered competes for the Overall Supreme title.
There will be 2 Winners
The contestant who is named Overall Supreme Queen will not win an age group title because she will receive the Overall Title
People's Choice Princess Award
(you may bring a photo to the pageant for this)
$1.00 per vote
Each adult door admission will cast a vote for their favorite contestant.
Pageant Guests may place as many $1 votes for their favorite contestant as they want prior to 1:00,
by making Relay for Life donations at registration table.
Voting will end at 1:00
The winner who has collected the most votes will be named the Relay For Life Princess
and will still be eligible for any other pageant award or title.
**Yes, you may collect votes before the pageant date and turn in at registration
or have friends and family come to the pageant and vote for you.
Votes do not count toward your registration fee, they are monies collected in addition to your paid registration fees.
You may solicit a sponsor for your registration.
Sponsors can be parents, relatives, friends, or a local business and should be named on the registration form.
Door Admission
Everyone must pay admission except the contestants.
Adults and children 5 and up $5.00
Senior Citizens (55yrs-up) $3.00
Children under 5 - FREE
**This is a non-profit, fund raising event. Entry and admissions fees, go towards, awards, advertisements, and other production expenses.
ALL profits made above production cost will be donated to the American Cancer Association via the Relay for Life Event.
All Peoples Choice Votes are strictly donations to Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
I agree to comply with all terms, rules and regulations established by Starlight Pageants. I understand the Directors have the right to make any necessary changes to the competition due to lack of contestant participation. I will not hold the Directors, or anyone affiliated with Starlight Pageants, Relay for Life, ACS, Kirkland Church, or the DOTS Relay Team, responsible for theft, damages or loss to personal property, or any accidents or injury incurred traveling to, during or leaving competition. There will be no refunds for any reason other than pageant cancellation. Proper notice will be given if this should occur. All judges' decisions are final. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. Any contestant, parent(s), other family members and/or friends causing any inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave, and the contestant will be disqualified from the competition and any awards, prizes and/or titles will be forfeited.
