Lisa in Blue

Lisa in Blue is absolutely adorable.  She has a face that is so lifelike, you expect her to talk to you.  She wears a beautiful blue dress with pink accents that has her name embroidered on the bodice.  Lisa has the cutest patent leather shoes that she is very proud of and shows off with her pointed toe pose.  Lisa is made of vinyl and only her lower torso is made of cloth so she can wear almost any style clothes.  Susan Lippl also created a Lisa as a ballerina with a different pose and a ballet costume but Masterpiece chose to produce her in blue.
Lisa has long, stylable, blonde hair and bright blue eyes.  She was made by Masterpiece dolls in 2005 and is from a limited European edition of 750. She stands slightly over 35 inches tall.  She wears a size 2T perfectly and a size 7 shoe.
Lisa was only available on HSE 24
I thought, when I got Sophie, that no another doll would ever come close...but Lisa is a very close second if not completely tied with Sophie as my favorite...I adore this doll!

I cut bangs on my Lisa's wig because her long strands fell in her face...now I am wishing I had left the wig as it was originally

I have had so much fun with her.  I have been sewing clothes for my  little granddaughter and using Lisa as my model since she wears a 2T so well.   I French braided her hair because I change her clothes so often that I wanted a style that would withstand all the moving around.
I have a long blone wig I can put on Lisa on top of her braided wig (which I have not removed) to see how she looks with her hair down.

Like Sophie, Lisa can hold many different items but looks adorable holding her dresses as if showing off how pretty she looks.

Since MP didn't want to produce Lisa as a ballerina...
I did my own version of Lisa Ballerina by buying a dance costume for for my Lisa.
