Sophie
I knew the minute I saw the first picture of Sophie, that I had to have her no matter what!
Sophie is a beautiful doll from head to toe. I would have sold all my other dolls to get her but I didn't have to.
I bought her from HSE 24 (Germany). She didn't break the bank but she did sell out quickly.
Sophie has an incredible face and long silky blonde hair that is very brushable ( except for her spit curls but who would ever want to brush those precious curls?). Sophie is made of vinyl and has LOTS of vinyl so she can wear almost anything. Her arms are full vinyl and connect to a vinyl breastplate allowing her to wear sundresses and she has nice long vinyl legs with only the top portion made of cloth.
I love this doll...she looks fabulous in children's clothes and is simlply a lovely doll.
She came in the cute cambray smocked dress with matching shoes, shown above but as you can see...I love redressing her
Sophie was originally made by Masterpiece dolls in 2005 and is #209 of a limited European edition of 500.

Sophie recently sold out on HSE24 for the 3rd time.
Sophie stands a whopping 38 inches tall. She wears a size 3T and a size 9 1/2 shoe.
I know for sure that if I ever had to sell my dolls and could only keep one...I'd have to keep Sophie.
She is the most perfect doll.
Sophie has hands that allow her to hold items so she doesn't just stand there like a doll. She looks like a kid.
She was Alice in Wonderland for Halloween and what a perfect Alice she was!
Just having fun with Adobe...I didn't really take Sophie to the beach,
Sophie is such a beautiful doll...she looks like a real child
She makes the perfect "Big Sister" for all my smaller "Kids"
