Portrait of Grandmother Murphy                                                                                                 This picture of my father's mother went through several transformations.  It started out as a photograph taken at my parent's home. I took out the background to make it look more like a studio portrait and tried several filters and options before deciding to paint it.  Over all I think it turned out very well.                                                        I scanned the picture into my computer and repainted over the portrait in Adobe Photo Deluxe.  The result was a lovely portrait that I printed onto an 8X10 canvas.                                                                        Return to Jenny Lynn's Digital Art Gallery All works shown are property of Jenny Lynn.
