Portrait of Grandmother Jackson                                                                                                   This was a great sepia tone picture of my mother's mother. I couldn't remember what color her dress was but for some reason I thought it might have been lavender or light purple. Well that is how I painted it.  I love doing these but they take a lot of time.  I think this one is one of my better ones.                                                        I scanned the picture into my computer and repainted over the portrait in Adobe Photo Deluxe.  The result was a lovely portrait that I printed onto an 8X10 canvas.                                                                        Return to Jenny Lynn's Portrait Gallery All works shown are property of Jenny Lynn.
