She reminds me of Madison in "Splash".
Perhaps she was surprised by human intruders. She looks as if she has seen something curious, but
being uncertain of it, she has covered herself.
Or, maybe she has found her relection for the first time and is discovering herself to be a beautiful, sensual being.
